A Perfume Portrait is not about top-sellers or trends. Rather, think of it like a visit to a scent psychologist: a private, one-to-one conversation where you discover how perfumes can help you communicate who you are, and who you would like to be when meeting others.
In my Stockholm studio, we embark on a shared journey of discovering your personality, scent preferences and how scent can emphasize your best qualities. Each consultation results in a Perfume Portrait, a written document based on your persona, memories and the moods you would like to carry with you in your daily life.
Perfume Portrait – approx. 90 min
I begin by asking open, associative questions to understand your unique character. Next, you explore a selection of world-leading raw materials: natural and synthetic notes in their pure form. You simply react – what you like, dislike or feel curious about – while I take thorough notes.
Finally, we talk about your current and past fragrance habits and how you’d like for a perfume to make you feel. Within a couple of weeks, you receive your Perfume Portrait, a written document capturing:
Your personality as it emerged during our conversation
Your taste in scent and preferences of raw materials
Three carefully chosen perfume recommendations
Price: 1 500 SEK (for individuals, in-person)
